This Reiki Level 1 Training and Attunement is for you if you’re ready to prioritize yourself above everyone and everything in your life. While many may move on to utilizing this practice with others, at the foundational level this experience is truly one of self-healing and self-care. As we begin with self, you will learn how to fully connect with and balance your own energy everyday. Should you choose to share this practice with others, you will also learn how to facilitate healing sessions along with understanding the basics of energy work as it pertains to the Usui Shiki Ryoho method of natural healing.

San Francisco Reiki Class Details
This two day Reiki Level 1 Training and Attunement gives you the foundational skills of self-healing and in session practice with others under the Usui Shiki Ryoho method of natural healing in the first degree. During this training, you will receive a Reiki Level 1 Training Manual, a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner Certificate upon completion, as well as the skills needed to move forward with this self-practice and guidance for utilizing this practice in session and work with others. You will also receive a complimentary Reiki session with GiGi prior to your first day of training.
Day 1:
- Opening Ceremony with Sage Cleanse
- Introduction
- Step-by-step walkthrough of the first half of the training manual
- Lunch break
- Self-Reiki practice
- Questions, review, open discussion
- End of day 1
Day 2:
- Opening Ceremony with Sage Cleanse
- Group review of Self-Reiki
- Finish going over the rest of the manual
- Practicing Treatment on Others
- Questions, review, open discussion

- Level 1 Attunement Ceremony
